About West County Courthouse
The West County Courthouse on Palm Beach County was built in 1983 to serve the needs of Belle Glade and surrounding areas. It is located on the western edge of the county near Lake Okeechobee. Columns near the entrance have tile scenes of life in the Everglades as well as artistic tributes to the local agriculture in the nearby sugarcane fields.
